Most lash training is about application: isolation, adhesive, one extension on one natural lash. That part matters. But it is not what decides whether clients love their set and come back.
What decides it is everything around the application. Choosing the map for the eye in front of you instead of reaching for the same lengths every time. Kara, The Glam Lab
In the beauty industry since 2015, founder of The Glam Lab in Richmond, BC, and the artist behind the wet set that has been the studio’s top booked service two years running.
The Blueprint is not theory written for a course. It is the working paperwork from the studio floor — the same maps, the same consultation form and the same pricing decisions used on paying clients this week.

Straight answers
I am not certified yet. Is this for me?
Yes, it was written for you. Mapping, consultation and pricing are the parts most lash training moves through quickly, and you can learn them before your first class. You do not need a kit, a model or a client to use any of it.
Is this a certification?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. The Blueprint is the mapping, consultation and pricing side of the job. Certification is separate, and you will be shown Kara's course after checkout.
Will this teach me how to apply lashes?
No. Application is what certification is for. The Blueprint shows you what to do with that skill: which map suits which eye, how to run a consultation so the client gets the look she pictured, and what the styles clients ask for are worth.
How do I get it, and how long do I have access?
Everything downloads the moment you pay, and a copy is emailed to you as well. The files are yours to keep and print. There is no subscription and nothing expires.
Classic or volume — which should I learn first?
Most artists start with classic, one extension on one natural lash, because every other technique builds on it. The maps cover classic, hybrid, mega classic and wet set, so you can see how the same eye changes across techniques before you choose.
